The Koilon Of Dionysos Theater

In the article, the arguments are put forward on the basis of which it is shown that the koilon of the Theater of Dionysus did not have two diazomata (J. Travlos Pictotrial Dictionary of Ancient Athens Nev York 1980 p.541 fig.678) and that, apart from the fourteen large stairways (klimakes), there cannot have been four other small ones, as it appears in the representation of M. Korres, Αrcaelogikon Deltion 35 (1980) Athens 1989. p. 12, fig. 1., not even one.
